Shipping policy

At Beam and Print co we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing and shipping.

Order Processing Times

This is the time we need to prepare and make your order before it is shipped.

Standard items: 1–3 working days
FLISAT items: 5–6 working days

Working days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Please note: Personalised items are made to order, so processing times must be added to delivery times.

Shipping Methods

All of our orders are fully tracked for your peace of mind.

We ship using:

Royal Mail – for smaller items
Evri – for larger items and chopping boards

The courier used depends on the size of your order.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example (standard item with standard delivery):
1–3 working days processing + 3–5 working days shipping.

Delays

While we do everything we can to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Courier delays
Busy seasonal periods
Weather disruptions

Once an item has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control, but we will always help you track your parcel.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, re-shipping costs may apply.
