We sell both personalised and non-personalised gifts.

Personalised items are made according to the details you provide.
It is your responsibility to ensure all names, dates, spellings, and custom details are correct when ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

You will receive an email confirming your order has been received.
This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract between us is formed only once your order has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Pricing errors
Stock issues
Suspected fraud

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

5. Personalised Items

Due to their custom nature:

Personalised items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged if you change your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Non-Personalised Items

You have the right to cancel non-personalised orders within 14 days of receiving the goods under UK law. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and processing times are estimates and are outlined in our Delivery Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will offer a replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product listings, text, and content on this website belong to Beam and Print Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
